Nothing happens after "preparing email"

I should have read the reviews before impulsively purchasing this app. It worked fine for me almost through the end -- I was able to open a video I emailed myself directly in the app and convert from a wmv file to flv file. But, when I chose the email option, it gave me a box that showed only the file name and when I hit okay, it indicated it was preparing email and then it did nothing. I cant figure out what the next step should be -- should an email pop up so I can enter an address? Any suggestions anyone?
